Mount a usb drive to /opt through webif settings.
Run bootstrap
Run opkg install stunnel
Edit stunnel config file _________________ KONG PB's: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/
KONG Info: http://tips.desipro.de/
It has to be /opt as this is the path that is compiled in.
Not sure what is wrong on your side, maybe the path etc.,here it works:

stunnel - 5.20-1 - Stunnel is a program that allows you to encrypt arbitrary TCP connections inside SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) available on both Unix and Windows. Stunnel can allow you to secure non-SSL aware daemons and protocols (like POP, IMAP, LDAP, etc) by having Stunnel provide the encryption, requiring no changes to the daemon's code.
