I am looking to buy a new W-LAN Router (currently I use a Linksys WRT54GS)
Which Hardware can you recommend?
It should support DD-WRT and 802.11 g/n.

I've had good luck with the ASUS Wl500-w

What kind of speeds do you get, wirelessly, transferring files between machines on your network? Mine suck, as in, ~500KB/sec. The weird thing is, I can download crap from the web, sitting in the same position on my couch, wirelessly, upwards of 2MB/sec. What gives???

Also, what version you running?
