Okay so I have turned off wl1 and I'm leaving wl0 on as an AP to see if changing the settings around affects the reboots. I already tried both radio's as AP's not as CB's and it still reboots after about 22 to 24 hours. _________________

I received my 2 610n's yesterday ($94 Refurbs direct from the Linksys Store), both V1.
Wanted to start with 1 of them (replacing my gateway router) - I run a 3 Router WDS System (2 WRT54GS v3 and 1 WRTSL54GS, all running Thibor). The first 610n will replace the SL (uptime at over 8 months).
I had tried DD-WRT a few years back but wasn't happy for whatever reason.
I did the 30-30-30 Reset, Loaded Eko 13000 Big and did another 30-30-30 Reset. Configured using similar settings from my SL (Thibor) and had the first 610n (it came with CFE 16) up and running very quickly yesterday (no WDS links). Had it logging to my external Log Server.
I thought I had remembered that DD-WRT WDS implementation wouldn't run with non DD-WRT firmware (perhaps that was from my fonera experience).
I added a client's MAC into the 610n's WDS Setup and added the 610n's MAC into one of the client's (again GSv3 running Thibor 15c), I've been using WPA/AES since WPA2 isn't supported with WDS (has this changed?). It was a no go, the WDS link wasn't created. After several attempts, I decided to move on to something else (my thinking was that I would have to load DD-WRT on the clients).
I had to enter some static DHCP entries and ran into the problem I've seen posted where the entries were blank and general problems getting new entries saved. After figuring out the interface, I realized you press Add, enter MAC, HOST and IP Info then Press SAVE and APPLY. All good.
I decided to reboot the 610n from the web interface and upon restart I noticed I saw some clients (that connect to the one GSv3 running Thibor) IP Addresses in the list. The WDS link was up and I could connect to the 2nd Router and it's clients. A 610n reboot was what did it I guess.
Perhaps this will help others attempting WDS.
So far, I'm very impressed with DD-WRT. I'm starting slow on the new 610n's and their abilities, just using wl0. I'll connect the 2nd Client via WDS then start using wl1 and see how that goes. Then, it will be time for the 2nd 610n, I want to see how Eko 13000 big goes, if there are issues, I'll load another build on the 2nd 610n.
After a few reliable years with Thibor, I may be updating the older Linksys Routers to DD-WRT as well...
Very happy so far.. _________________ 3 Router WDS

Where is the Channel Width setting? I don't see this option (for either radio) with Eko 13000 (610n)
Select N or NA mode, press Apply and the you will see it. _________________ Professional debrick service for EU countries for small fee.

I was stupid enough to load the WRT610N V1 firmware to my new WRT610N V2 which of course bricked it. Only after that I became aware of the existence of the new V2 model of this router.
Anyway, the unbrick method for the V1 model (web upload) no longer seem to work with V2. Neither does TFTP which aborts the upload process during the upload.
Has someone already found out how to debrick the V2 models?

Ok I just found a 12v-2.5A power supply that fits, amongst my errr... stuff. Hopefully it will be the solution for my reboot problems. _________________

Thank you for that and all your work... Is it possible to donate to you specifically and not the Prjoect in general? From my understanding, you personally have a 610n v1 (wanting a 610n v2 as well) but BS doesn't have a 610n, is this correct?
I'm curious about the change to 'Big' in your recent Builds.. is there any significance to this? I noticed you used 'Mega' a few Builds back.
It seems many things work correctly by just using the Apply button (with the Save button pressed just before).. With Static DHCP, it appears (on mine) that you have to press the Save button then the Apply button... is this by design? _________________ 3 Router WDS

Keep us posted.. If you still have a reboot issue, rma that bitch. I had no problems with either of my 610's (only one left) in regards to reboot issues, and the one I have left has been running for days. _________________ 4 X Wrt54GL V1.1

You run WDS in AP mode. WDS works fine with the recommended builds if all the routers support WDS on the same chipset. See the WDS wiki under the heading of linking routers.
I see, WDS issue is only when the chipsets are different (i.e. Linksys and fonera) _________________ 3 Router WDS

I reloaded the stock firmware to see if that changes anything but I can't seem to find out the uptime for the stock firmware it's not on the http://routerip/Status_Router.asp page. I'm thinking a Linksys RMA is gonna be the way to go. _________________

Agreed... Glad we figured out how to replace your cfe without opening the case.. You might want to consider putting the oem cfe back before rma'ing it.
