Netgear R700 - Unable to access web admin page

Hi guys, i am hoping someone can assist we to fix this issue as i don't have an up to date backup and rebuilding would be a royal pain in the ass.

So, I discovered that my router was accessible from the internet. I took measures to disable this but in doing so i have disabled all http/https access. Now so there isn't any way for me to access the admin page as no other protocol is enabled.

A port scan of the router only shows DNS as open so I am guessing i am screwed!! - Hopefully not.
