I have searched high and low and can't seem to find any information about the WNDR4300v2 are there any plans for support or is this model out of the running for some reason?

I am more than happy to supply any specs or gritty details about hardware if that would be useful!

it has supportable hardware, if/when a build is ready, dont know. they might need one, they might not, but probably will

The d-link dir-859 is listed as being supported. It has the same CPU as the wndr4300v2

I could mod a WNDR4300v1 build to make it flash on v2, but it will probably brick it. Different CPU ...

Is there any update to this or anything that's holding back on a build? A router donation?

Just wanted to put in a plug for a DDWRT version for this router (WNDR4300V2).

Had a couple of Netgear routers running DDWRT for years (flawlessly) and after one of them died (and replaced with this one) I have had nothing but headaches trying to get it working correctly.

Anxiously hoping for a build....

Not to necro but any update on this? I’d be happy to donate the amount to purchase this router if it’ll help bring ddwrt to it.

Just purchased what was pictured as a WNDR4300 and received a WNDR4300v2. is this a dead end? Have one WNDR4300 with dd-wrt and was hoping to setup a second for better coverage.

Either way, thanks for all of the work on dd-wrt.
