Just upgraded on Linksys wrt 1900ACS v2, the configuration has been kept.
With my configuration there is only one thing that does not work. My router is the server side of a reverse tunnel: I run a persistent ssh session to dd-wrt from another host on internet, using tunnel parameters. So I am able to ssh the tunnel port of localhost and login from my router to the remote machine (it is explained here https://linuxaria.com/howto/permanent-ssh-tunnels-with-autossh).
Starting from build 35244 the hack stopped working: I'm able to start persistent session to dd-wrt and I see the connection established with netstat, but If I try to connect to localhost, ssh hangs (I use openssh client from entware). Tried this new build and still have the problem. Rolled back to 35034 the hack works again.
I tryied to understand what could have gone wrong, but it seems everything ok.
It's a little problem with a weird hack, but annoy me so much!
Any idea?
Thank you.

I'm assuming that is what he is doing here.

Installed r35384-2018.03.15 on my WRT1900ACS_v1 as a flash upgrade, keeping existing config. No issues for my config noticed yet (up about 10hours now - installed this morning), will report if find anything big.

DD-WRT config reference for my WRT1900ACS_v1 (not vanilla, not overly complex): mostly wired devices ~75, mixed wireless mode + fixed channels using 5GHz & 2.4GHz @ 20MHz width ~20 clients, IPv6 on, OpenVPN server + segmented network, DHCP reservations for all known devices, access rules (internet block security cameras), port forwards (minecraft-25565 & terreria-7777), no QOS, firewall rules (OpenVPN & Guest), Guest 2.4GHz wifi segmented network

WRT3200ACM

1. Still can't assign static openvpn ip's like I did with 34777.
2. NTP still not working. I have to use ntpclient to set time so that my openvpn clients can connect.
3. Unable to use sftp with any Marvell based router. ssh works though:

Does anyone know what happened?

I was under the impression that if it was posted an update was needed if it did not work right, guess I was wrong.

@ ountersee I have no idea. What I do know and others could confirm is the entire ftp was offline a few weeks ago. Other than that a year ago (or longer) an entire build folder was removed because it was bricking some devices. I'm not saying that was the case here but that did happen once. I looked at the other sub forums and no mention of any ftp issues yet.

EDIT: I’m having ongoing MoCA issues since updating and I lost my ISP connection this morning. I’m going to revert back to one of the older builds to see if that corrects the MoCA problem and then I'll monitor the connection status. With the previous builds neither problem occurred

There is a very specific place to post issues in order to have them addressed by the developers.

This is NOT one of them.

This is a place for hobbyists and fiddlers and twiddler's.

The SVN and Git Hub are the only places where developers are actually reading.

http://svn.dd-wrt.com/
If you decide to post there without fully understanding the process first I have no sympathy for you whatsoever.
Many fools show there and leave with their tails tucked after wasting the valuable time of the developers..
