Only way of starting a tftp transfer is by using a serial terminal.

Did you set the network interface of the computer to static ip and use an ip on the same subnet and netmask as those you tested?
Yes I used a static ip on the same subnet. |

You could try to setup a real tftp server on your computer, tftpd32 by P.Jounin (google it), using the same ip addresses as I listed before.

The bootloader has the ip address 10.10.10.123 and it expects a tftp file transfer from a computer with ip 10.10.10.3
