Help with Ad Blocking - Doesnt work

Hello,
I'm trying to block a list of domains,
I used the method described here :
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Ad_blocking

And it doesn't work,
none of the domains in the host file are blocked.

Any ideas ?
How can I troubleshoot this ?
My firmware is DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/07/12) mini

Which router are you using? If you have one with a USB I found it much easier to implement.

Linksys E1200 v1.
No USB Sad
How do you use USB for domain blocking ?
