Failed to switch to r55033, the router reboots spontaneously. Returned to r55009. There is nothing informative in the logs, just a break. After rolling back to r55009, the router began to malfunction. Stability returned when loading settings. Apparently it is necessary to do a complete reset and reconfiguration, but there was no time for this.

Router: Linksys WRT32X

File: ddwrt-linksys-wrt32x-webflash.bin
Kernel: Linux 6.1.75 #267 SMP Mon Jan 29 04:51:21 +07 2024 arm
Previous/Reset: DD-WRT v3.0-r55009 std (01/23/24) / No reset
Mode/Status: Gateway (PPPOE, SFE disabled), AP, wlan0 5GHz AC-only VHT80 WPA2-Personal-CCMP, wlan1 2.4Ghz N-only HT40 WPA2-Personal-CCMP, wlan2 disabled, DDNS (SSL), encrypt DNS (DNSSEC, check unsigned DNS replies), virtual interface (2.4GHz, unbridged, AP isolation, net isolation, DHCPD, web UI disabled), ssh (non-default port, public key, password login disabled, remote management, tcp forwarding), wireguard server (non-default port, preshared key) / Uptime 30 hrs.

Router/Version: Linksys WRT1900ACS v2
File: ddwrt-linksys-wrt1900acsv2-webflash.bin
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r55033 std (01/29/24)
Kernel: Linux 6.1.75 #267 SMP Mon Jan 29 04:51:21 +07 2024 arm
Mode: Gateway, SFE disabled, QoS in use, Wifi disabled, Wireguard for external access, WAN to DSL Modem, samba to access USB3-ext4 SSD, Keep Alive reboot 5:00 in the morning, using my own local NTP
Reset: No
Status: Installed two days ago, OK. Cyclic NTP Update does only start after it receives a WAN connection. So to set initial time after boot, I added "ntpclient IPofmyNTP" into startup.
I don't know if this a wanted behaviour or an error. Will just report once, since it does function when WAN is disabled.

Router/Version: Linksys WRT1200AC v1
File: ddwrt-linksys-wrt1200ac-webflash.bin
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r55033 std (01/29/24)
Kernel: Linux 6.1.75 #267 SMP Mon Jan 29 04:51:21 +07 2024 arm
Mode: Gateway, SFE disabled, Wifi disabled, WAN disabled, Wireguard Endpoint for external VPS, connected via LAN to R7800, Keep Alive reboot 6:05 in the morning, using my own local NTP
Reset: No
Status: Installed two days ago, OK.

I bought this device months ago for a few bucks. Cleaned it, its circuit board and brought it to DD-WRT. This thing looks as new, feels snappy as hell.
I'm really happy how it performs. It does max out the 4G Bridge it is connected to, utilizing wireguard with almost 300 MBit/s!
Holy mother of routers, the old N66u I replaced it with, was capable of ~30-40 Mbit/s at best for wireguard.
Ok... 600 MHz MIPS against 1.3GHz Dualcore ARM (Marvell Armada 385) isn't fair. I'll repurpose the old "black knight", as it was my first real powerful DD-WRT Router after I decided to scrap my WRT54.

Thank you devs, thank you to each and everyone commited here Smile

Same problem as Fritzbuf with 3200. Upgrade causes an infinite reboot loop. Unit seems to start OK but then after a couple of seconds does a reboot and continues doing so.

Reset both partitions and put 54914 back in with saved configuration.
Tried again but with the same results.
Reset again back to 54914.

*********** UPDATE **************

After a lot of long hours trying different updates resetting numerous times and even using a different 3200 I have the following conclusions.

The source of the problem lies with the WAN Starlink Auto Configuration). If I don't use the WAN updating to 55033 is possible. If I switch WAN to PPPOE it also runs but no internet connection. Reverted back to 55009 and all is working fine.

Router/Version: Linksys WRT1900ACS v1
File: ddwrt-linksys-wrt1900acs-webflash.bin
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r55033 std (01/29/24)
Kernel: Linux 6.1.75 #267 SMP Mon Jan 29 04:51:21 +07 2024 arm
Mode: Gateway, SFE disabled, Wifi disabled, OpenPVN for external access, WAN to Fiber 1gbps Modem
Reset: No
Status: Original Linksys Firmware (Ver. 1.0.3.187766) to DD-WRT release of May 2018 (factory-to-ddwrt.bin), to this r55033 release.

Observed intermittent crashes/reboots (ranging 20mins to 6 hours between occurrences). Based on previous comments, disabled Shortcut Forwarding Engine (SFE) on a guess and this has so far resulted in successfully making it to 24 hours without a reboot.

File: ddwrt-linksys-wrt1900ac-webflash.bin
Kernel: Linux 6.1.75 #185 SMP Mon Jan 29 05:42:35 +07 2024 arm
Previous/Reset: DD-WRT v3.0-r54914 std (01/14/24) / Yes
Mode/Status: Gateway (PPOE, non-default router IP), AP, wlan0 2.4GHz HT40 N-only WPA2-Personal-CCMP, wlan1 5GHz VHT80 AC-only WPA2-Personal-CCMP, virtual interface (2.4GHz, WPA2-Personal-CCMP, unbridged, AP isolation, net isolation, DHCPD, web UI disabled), DDNS (SSL), encrypt DNS (DNSSEC, check unsigned DNS replies), ssh (non-default port, public key, password login disabled, remote management, TCP forwarding), WPS button radio off enabled / Uptime 29hrs.
Issues/Errors: None.

Reset before and after update; cold boot after each reset. No random crashes observed : appears stable even with SFE disabled (default setting). Low latency and good wireless speeds on wlan1 5GHz : fast enough to max out fiber connection (300-down / 100-up) to ISP. Thanks devs.
